OK, here's an item that is not dependent on long supply chains or delivery routes, at least in my corner of the world (mid Atlantic).

Yet, there is NO Philadelphia cream cheese to be found either through grocery delivery services or in-store. I'm up to 6 stores and counting.

Even store brand cream cheese is very hard to find.

WT heck?!?!

Aldi never ran out of their store brand around us. It's also way cheaper than Philadelphia.

Nothing tastes like Philly.

Temp Tee Cream Cheese is the best, but I've noticed the same thing with it. Shipments are few and far between, and there will be periods of a week or two where it can't be found.

Creamy white and cheesy and spread thin over the top of the bread of the earth?!? Clearly, it’s symbolic of white supremacy. Cream cheese has been canceled.

My wife sometimes will buy the store brand. We have almost gone to counseling over her poor choices in choosing a brand other than Philadelphia.

We use like 4 packs a year. We can splurge honey.

I'm in Jersey, no shortage here. Spread some on pumpkin bread the other day. Pretty tasty.

There are like 4 opened, half eaten containers in our fridge if you need some. Apparently we like to collect partially consumed cream cheese containers and pickle jars.

Yeah, I haven't noticed a shortage of Philadelphia brand up here, but it's not my favorite.

depends on the store. publix & kroger here in mid TN completely out.

we were at walmart and they had the philidelphia in a 2 pack for like $4.

i was trying to make some crab nachos for the LSU north NFL game on saturday that called for cream cheese so was happy to unexpectedly find it.

tl;dr check walmart.

I don't have much to add other than this being a game changer for duck & goose poppers.

The pickle jars use to drive me nuts, but I found a new brand of pickles that come in a reusable plastic container, and are so good that we eat them all pretty quick. Called Farm Fresh brand.

Anyone having shortages of frozen hash browns? I haven't been able to find any in about 3 weeks.

No shortage in store brands either. But I don't really expect a cream cheese shortage 50 miles outside of Philly.

I bought some at Shop Rite last week.

Different area grocers have different supply problems.. I talked to someone in Tenn. and they say pasta... Here in Metairie it's Pillsbury Grand biscuits.. Can't find those things anywhere... I think I have seen Philly cream cheese... I know I have seen bagels...
