NOLA & BR obviously get the most attention here, but this is a country wide issue. Soros backed DAs are literally allowing cities to burn.
But muh insuurectionist granny went into the Capital is worse according to the progfilth.

It’s really probably closer to 3-4%
Yea and that is also just reported crime so that number is also probably higher.

That's what happens with DAs that lower standards and refuse to prosecute
As a reminder, 13.1% of the population commits over 37% of violent crimes
This new breed of DA's (who I often disagree with, fwiw) have focused in on reforming penalties for minor crimes. Violent crime is prosecuted the same today as it was 10 years ago.

I'm sure you can find per capita murder and violent crime rates for urban vs rural.

I've got family that lives in Milwaukee and they've apparently had 21 murders so far in 2022. Carjackings are through the roof as well. Criminals know they'll suffer no consequences thanks to progressive DAs and cities are quickly reverting back to 90s crime levels.
It's all worth it if it prevents one less criminal from being killed by the police after using counterfeit money, resisting arrest, and drugged out on Fentanyl.

Yes, you're absolutely correct. Violent crime rates are the exact same in rural areas as inner cities.
Idiot.

Well, that is easily proven to be a lie when you look at the rate these new soros Democrat DAs throw out violent crime cases left and right

That stat is even more alarming when you consider the 13.1% includes females - in reality over 37% of violent crimes are committed by ~6.5% of the population....

Bond reform was needed for non-violent offenders but of course they've gone way past where it needed to be done.
This is why you cannot give them an inch. It starts as "our jails are full of people serving time for a gram of weed" which is factually incorrect, but also led to the election of DAs and judges who either refuse to prosecute or let violent criminals out of jail for ridiculously low bond. The Waukesha Christmas Parade suspect in a prime example.

What do you disagree with them on? Be specific. Thanks.

Yeah but Rockstar only made a game about one of them.

Activist DA’s are killing American cities.
Democrats need to push these far left lunatics out of their party. But for some reason they don’t bother. They either think that their constituents don’t care or are too stupid to figure out why recidivism and crime is so high.
DA’s that want to look out for the criminal instead of their community should have been defense lawyers.

It’s been a problem for a while. But it’s getting far worse.
