Produced by Adam McKay of Anchorman and Talladega Nights. Says the script is “harrowing and terrifying and sure to become the definitive cinematic document on that gut-wrenching day.”
Also produced by Cullen Hoback, who made a Qanon documentary for hbo.
Writer is Billy Ray, who wrote The Comey Rule.
Racism present that day will be a main theme of the movie.
Movie will be based largely on testimonials from Capitol Police, specifically Harry Dunn and Michael Fanone.

Hope they cast all the real life FBI agents as actors, to get a true feel for the incitement. Maybe Angelina Jolie as Ashley Babbit…..

Michael Bay should be in charge of the movie so there would be some actual action. Otherwise this is a bunch of people on a stroll through government building.
