Most of the corn and soy are used for animal feed. But you can make booze out of corn. I wouldn't touch soy bourbon if I were you.

Fun fact of the day...
Soy consumption is well documented to greatly raise estrogen levels in both males and women.
I don't know what it does to the other 72 genders though. I think maybe it turns them into communists.

I am allergic to soy, more ways than one. I see it in rotation with corn and wheat in a three crop two year rotation. Corn can follow the nitrogen fixation of soybeans with less fertilizer, so corn isn't going away and as posted earlier Corn is King in Kentucky if for nothing more than bourbon.
