That's the thing, it's not as true as you think. I think when you do see it it's because the Dems have used it ad nauseam and the Dems are more closely resembling the Nazi regime than anything else in the country, and are being called out.

The only difference is Mengele was probably only responsible for hundreds of deaths. Fauci's killed and wounded are in the tens of thousands (no, Tony, we're not forgetting about you consigning thousands to their deaths so you could profit during the AIDS crisis).

Considering Fauci's and other associates' recently revealed actions, she might've been much safer describing him as the most recent in a long line of ghoulish vivisectionists going all the way back to Wilhelm Wundt in Leipzig who decided at the time to shelve just studying the brain and human behavior objectively, and to launch into actually modifying and guiding them to what ever the desired condition, by experimenting on helpless animals that couldn't fight back.
