@JonRothstein Mark Sears Watch: 28 and six rebounds tonight in Ohio's win over Kent State. A name to remember if you plan on filling out a bracket in March. Bobcats are 12-2, with losses to LSU and Kentucky.

Post this in the earlier thread about titled about LSU being up to #3 seed in ESPNs Bracketology. The thread was shite but the point stands.
Took a look around some of LSU's early season's wins. Man, CWW knows how to schedule.
Current record of non-conference opponents:
ULM 9-6
Texas State 9-4
Liberty 10-6
McNeese 5-9
Belmont 11-3
Penn State 7-5
Wake Forest 12-3
Ohio 11-2
Georgia Tech 6-7
Northwestern State 3-12
Louisiana Tech 12-3
Lipscomb 8-8
Total Opponents' Record: 103-68 (0.602)
I've bolded the non-conference games that I think will be considered quality wins by the end of the season

I would have liked to see us play a couple opponents that were closer to what we faced with auburn ,it may be the reason we came out so bad against auburn

You’re a fricking idiot, Miles is deplorable.
Bragging over a 180th ranked preseason schedule isn’t deplorable, it’s just sad.

And 4 of Penn State’s 5 losses are to LSU, #13 Ohio St., #10 Michigan St., and Miami who’s just outside the top 25 and has a better conference and overall record than Duke, Louisville & UNC.

And LSU’s current SOS is #17th in the country behind only Bama, Tennessee & (barely) Auburn in conference.

not as sad as your inability to understand basic math concepts. say what you will about NET, but that’s the heaviest influence on the selection committee right now
go check that ranking. oh, and the consensus amongst bracketologists right now has us somewhere between a 3 and 5 seed in our own region.
there must be some kind of conspiracy afoot

NET =/= SOS. LSU’s SOS prior to SEC play was 180, it’s currently at 100.

I get what you’re saying , but if you get beat by all of those teams, does it matter how good they are lol
