They say the justices do not rule on political ideology but each of the liberal justices in this hearing used subjective and misleading statements that have been spoken by the WH, the Democrat party, and the democrat media. It would only take about 5 minutes for a justice clerk to find the actual facts behind the arguments the liberal wing justices have made.
The fact that they are using the democrat talking points and not factually rooted legal grounds in their questions does show they are politicians and not legal scholars.

CDC and HHS says there are currently 3,342 kids in hospitals with covid, and most of them are in the hospital WITH covid, NOT BECAUSE of covid.
