I heard this earlier on the radio and it depressed the hell out of me. So much about our federal government makes me want to cry, but hearing that from a Supreme Court Justice is beyond disheartening.

This doesn’t mean what we think it does. In Covidese, a hospitalization is just going to the hospital. It doesn’t mean a hospital admission. One county here in Missouri where I reviewed the data, around 50% of hospitalizations were outpatient. Let that sink in.

To be honest I would have used my time to call her out on her lie and then challenged her to prove it or retire from the court. If true I would quit the law. I would have chastised her in front of everyone… not like you would ever get a vote in your favor.

It was HORRIFIC. Listening to her during the plantiff's arguments was a new low for me. Thankfully no one was in the office today to hear me yelling.

The statement about politicians and change it at the ballot box is about the most f’d up thing I’ve ever heard. So if a politician wants to void the constitution- the judges shouldn’t care. Vote em out. I assume that would be her response if Trump was violating something constitutional. Fact is- liberal judges are political. Did we hear the same from the real judges? Any other judges on the ‘conservative’ side utter any nonsense in their argument? Just curious.

She doesn’t realize it, but she just made the case to dissolve the entire judicial branch. “Who needs courts? Just vote differently next time!”
If/when the Republicans get control of the congress, all of these judges' false statements need be investigated to determine if they should be removed from the bench by impeachment.
