Has Any President In History Been A Bigger Liar Than Biden?

Every president lies some. That is obvious.
But with Biden, almost literally everything out of his mouth is a lie. If his lips are moving, he’s lying. He’s pathological. It’s like he’s decided to say the opposite. And he has a long established history of lying, going back many decades. He had to drop out of a presidential race 34 years ago for lying.
I’m trying to think of the biggest liar presidents. Bill obviously stands out. LBJ is up there.

As a liar, Biden outclasses Trump easily. Not only in volume, but quality.
Trump lied about shite nobody cared about. The size of crowds, stupid shite like that. Biden lies about things that actually matter.

Trump didn’t lie.
He exaggerated, used hyperbole, sometimes wasn’t precise…the media did the work of twisting and turning benign shite into “lies”.
Biden is a liar.
An evil man who has lied, cheated and stolen his whole adult life.. He’s the epitome of a liar whether it’s plagiarism or spoken untruths. He lies with an agenda and an endgame in mind.
Trump did no such thing even on his worst day.

Clinton was a bigger liar. In order to tell a lie you must know you are lying.
IE, if I say 'My mom's birthday is April 11' and it's actually April 12 that is not a lie. It's a lapse in memory. Everything Biden says is coming through an addled brain. He has no idea what he's saying.
