When do you typically put up and take down your Christmas tree?

We’ve always get ours out of the attic on Black Friday and put it up/decorate it that weekend following Thanksgiving. We take down the decorations and put it up on New Year’s Day.

What about you?

Mine has casters under it. I just unlock it and roll that bitch in the decoration closet. Takes me three minutes to put the tree up or down.

Christmas tree comes down first weekend after January 1st. I won’t even consider taking the lights off the outside of the house until at least June.

We roll similarly. Depends on how early Thanksgiving is each year. Usually we're up by first weekend in Dec, depending of football trips.

Down after epiphany, except we just took ours down today, because we're quarantined and bored.

Epiphany. Rest of the decorations are down now but the tree stays up. Honestly I love it. Soft and white and pretty at night. A gentle glow

Up a few days after Thanksgiving. Down usually on the 2nd, unless something comes up.

Take down Jan 6

Although my mother is complaining that it’s bothering her sinuses so it needs to come down now (we have Covid )

I would do November 1st because I like to skip Thanksgiving. But my husband refuses, doesn't care about my reasoning, and then we keep them up until mid January which seems dumb to me.
