re: Mandeville parking lot knock out video - Follow Up article and PTSD claim

A lot of people in the original thread predicted the PTSD defense would be employed. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, but it smells fishy. Real fishy. Regardless of mental health, I hate people that park in fire lanes. They're on par with people that don't return carts to the corrals.

Hey amigo, go peruse the original thread where people posted direct evidence of this dipshite doing dipshite things long before his deployment.
Yep. A number of people that know him posted and they didn't have much good to say about him.
One comment I recall was that the guys in his unit fricking despise him.
And that he bowed up to some non com, while saying rank doesn't matter or whatever, and ran away when said non com took his shirt off.

You have to break up paid articles. Can’t copy the entire thing or TD gets in trouble

I know he mentioned he was thankful that Mr. Pennington is expected to make a full recovery.
Only reason he's thankful for that is so hes not looking at a murder charge.

Reason and Logic.
You said there has been no relevant action in Iraq in last 20 years. I provided you with an example of world history making relevant actions which are why we are STILL there providing air support…the kind of support that a Captain in Aviation (Suarez) likely was flying in support of and troops are in contact STILL as the missions continue.
So if that is the response of a retard, I’ll wear it with pride.

Got a link to this? Sounds like a good story.

If he really was seeking help, and can prove it, it wouldn’t bother me if they went a little easier on him than they would have. The old man is alright. But he needs to pay….. he could have easily killed him.

Who know if he has true mitigating circumstances off of a newspaper article. I think Mr Pennington after consultation with the DA , will have a lot to say about what happens.

How is Iraq 2017 relevant to this case? It isn’t. You’re backpedaling and clinging to straws because you got BTFO

Weird that these new accounts pop up and immediately start defending ole Richie Juicehead

Funnny, the author doesn’t promote this story on Twitter like all of her other ones

Ad hominem attacks like yours are the darts from a feeble mind and a dark heart.
With that, I’ll pop smoke from this descent into the Inferno.

Eh, frick him. No excuses.

In other words.....he's not kicking in doors or anything remotely close to enemy contact. Guy just got home and he should still be on that post-deployment honeymoon phase where everyone is wonderful, every meal a banquet, every gathering a parade. He would feel this way because he just stared death in the face and is just grateful to be alive and on western soil. He hasn't had time to dwell on anything.
OR, his deployment was a glorified summer camp and didn't live up to the years of false bravado he has built up when he would wear his uniform to home depot off duty and demand the veteran discount or ask for free appetizers at Applebees or wear his uniform to weddings or mardi gras balls and get mad when someone walked by without thanking him for his service. So now he is angry and acting out because he doesn't feel cool at the VFW post because there are chilled out low ranking guys with purple hearts who think he is a douche and don't give a frick that he thinks he heard a mortar round go off in the distance one time when he was on his second serving of ice cream in the chow hall.
But I'm just speculating of course......

PTSD after deploying to northern Iraq as a Helo pilot?

From your response, you have personal experience. That gives you some breadth of knowledge and helps. I won’t attempt to assume what role you served in but it obviously was not as a crew member in an aviation unit.
I have absolutely no clue what role Suarez served in - nor do you and I’ve yet to hear a first hand account of anyone from his unit.
The internet is full of keyboard commandos when it comes to pillaging and burning reputations.
What I do know from spending more hours on helos than wheeled vehicles in my time with Big Army is that helo pilots - from combat av to medevac - saw a whole bunch of crap and did a whole bunch of sacrificing that earned my respect.
Let’s not get in a comparison of who is a true Scotsman nor beguile his service without any FACTS in CONTEXT.
Thank you for the discussions.
