The portal is not full of All Americans. And AL and AtM are getting them if they are.

You fricking retard

You either don’t understand or don’t care that this class was in trouble the second Orgeron was fired.

Would it be great to have an all star staff hired and rolling? Of course. Would we have signed every fricking kid you’re jerking off over? Absolutely not. Getting the staff 100% right after multiple years of staff ineptitude is far, FAR more important than 3-5 players going out of state.

Jesus Christ, just shut your god damn mouth for once.

What moves? Wilson and Polian were great. Davis retained. Otherwise, a new condition coach and a nutrition guy that just got a PHD?

It was probably in trouble regardless given the state of the program the last 2 years

But seriously whenever there is a coaching change there’s usually a down class. Weren’t Moses and Allen the year O took over from Miles? Some people just don’t want to see the big picture

DL recruiting specialist Ed Orgeron lost Ishmael Sopsher and Phidarian Mathis from Louisiana to Alabama.

People need to relax

This place is in the Honeymoon phase right now. According to excuses/loser logic been thrown around here lately...Kelly is exempt from criticism related to coaching hires, lack of coaching hires, and recruiting right now.

Three weeks after being hired we're in here still speculating about our next DC & OC while our divison rivals cherry-pick our recruits and players from our current roster.

You need to learn the difference between criticism and whining/gratuitous bashing

That’s your problem for being impatient and demanding instant gratification.

That was inevitable with the coaching change. If the 2023 class is not up to standard and top players are transferring out next December then we can have that discussion

The reality is that everyone has bitched about how this program is rotting because of hires like O and Alleva. Saying how we need to rebuild this thing from the ground up.

Now we have an AD and coach who are trying to do just that and some of the same ones who said we needed change are now too soft to watch it all play out. It's not all going to be sunshine and rainbows and I assure you none of us are happy about losing recruits or current players. HOWEVER this is what happens when you rebuild with ANY program.

Kelly is a great coach. He understands what it takes to win and what it takes to build a program and has done that, successfuly, at every stop he has been at. Let the guy get his vision in place before you start losing your shite over a few players in one recruiting class.

If you all can't understand the long game here then that's on you. People aren't blind to what's going on we just have more faith in the rebuild that's happening than some of you softies.

Which programs in a similar situation are doing any different in those areas? You’d have point if LSU were an outlier or if recruiting was worse than the transitions under Saban and Miles. Neither of those is the case.

That dude is doing way more than just voicing frustration. He's bleeding all over ever board on this site.

I'm pretty sure everyone is frustrated about our recruiting class compared to Alabama and A&M, but I'm not sure what exactly people like OKtiger expect.

Should Kelly keep coaches he doesn't want and that were part of back to back .500 seasons just to preserve a single recruiting class?

Should he rush hires just to get coaches in place for recruiting regardless if they're the best hire he can make? What's to say rushing hires even makes an impact on recruiting at all?

It's also possible he's not wanting to make knee jerk decisions on the existing staff and is using bowl prep to evaluate the staff.

Kelly hasn't gone over his plan with OKTiger in detail, therefore, no plan could possibly exist.
