This isn’t the govt or Biden cancelling anything. This is some dumbass programs or leagues having testing policies that are doing this by imposing it on themselves

I would like to think that after two years of this, each time we see these ridiculous overreactions to each new wave the backlash against these reactions grows. Some people seem to be just addicted to living in a forever-COVID world.
Repeating the same measures that failed to work in March 2020 for a less severe variant when we've had a vaccine option for a year is just asinine.

This is programs and leagues doing what they know the administration in power wants in order to gain favor.
Schools want and need those juicy government research dollars and loan money. The administration would be happy to lay down a CMS like mandate for colleges and student loan/research money if they werent already doing the administrations bidding.
Leagues need their antitrust exemptions etc.
