Only QBs in the portal that would make 80-85% of the fan base ecstatic are Cameron Ward or Dillon Gabriel. The rest are meh

Literally the only QB in the portal that has started in at an SEC school, and isn’t Nix, Calzada, or Johnson. Is Myles Brennan. None of those QBs would be that exciting.

No he's not. He needs to realize offenses have evolved drastically since 2010 and there are coaches out there who played and grew within the latest dynamic offenses. If he doesn't realize that then we're stuck with a Les Miles type guy that will lose his job because of stubbornness.

What makes you think he doesn't already "realize" this? Hell, his most recent OC was only 29 years old.

He said started against SEC competition, that could be referring to someone who has played one game, or one hundred games against an SEC school
