Replacing an exterior door with a prehung new door. Knew it wouldn't be easy but it kicked my arse and it was a miserable experience.
Truth. Process went smoothly up until the very end for me, then spent hours finishing the shiat up. I need 2 more doors and some windows. I don't have that type of time.
I had to disassemble m/b shower this weekend and re-do it. This whole fracking house is a mess thanks to the children of the previous owners that did the remodel.

Everyone: Outside sales
Note, “selling” something you have a patent on or a monopoly on, is not “sales”; thats called being a dealer.
This is why if you sell bulk ibuprofen, you’re called a drug salesman ; and if you sell Colombian coke, you’re call a drug dealer.

Professional stage actor - non musical.
The acting wasn't tough at all, that was the problem.
After doing a role for months at a time you are ready to go crazy. It's tougher to do the smaller roles that no-one notices or remembers. You aren't really becoming a star, you are just getting a paycheck to walk out on stage and say your half a dozen lines.
At least in a musical you get to dance around a bit.

I tried telemarketing in college. I quit 4 hours after I started lol. That is a tough one that I thought would be easy.
Did that too for a quick buck and lasted just as long as you did.
I imagine someone else did the same thing & is now rich after inventing the programs that robocall everyone now.

Fry cook at jack in the box.
Those 2 for $1 tacos suck so damn bad. theyre frozen so you deep fry them, then while still hot you split them open by hand to stuff them with lettuce and cheese, and everyone orders 10 of them at a time.
My fingertips were burned numb by a week.

Okay Bob Villa. But for me it was a Pita trying to get the thing to flush with force.

What. The. frick.
I've never had those, but their whole taco—meat and all—is deep-fried from frozen?

Replacing a ceiling light in a 100+ YO house.
Not as bad as replacing a ceiling fan in a 100+ YO house, but I expected that to be slightly more difficult going in.

Building stairs for me. Not nearly as easy as one would think.

I ordered 10 a few years ago after a night of drinking, and the waiter/cashier said" how about 6?" we settled on 8 but had no idea why.
didnt understand why till now.....

Best money I’ve spent would be paying for movers. It looks backbreaking.

All doors are a PITA, but they make fitting kits that make the job a hell of a lot easier. I ruined 2 trying to fit them before I realized they made these kits.

Not that easy. The old one is not made any longer and all the new ones are those universal all-in-one plastic gadgets.
Did this last month in the guest bath. I marked the waterline inside the tank before draining then put a strait edge across to the new universal flusher. 1 adjustment later and it was good to go.

removing an old shower. once we got 2 inches deep into the concrete and met the chicken wire through it, we knew we were fricked.
