Why hasn't New Orleans taken off as a porn production location?

I am shocked NOLA hasn't found a way to legalize marijuana. I think the amount of money to be made from it would be staggering. Of course big daddy gubment would want their cut.

The ability to shoot porn would probably do well in Nola.
Only fans really isn’t killing porn, just that the majority of all men and women that appear in porn have transitioned to doing lots of work on only fans because they don’t have to sign a contract with a film studio and can make all the money for themselves or work a deal with another person to make a scene.
They are just make way more money through only fans than they are in porn films

Porn industry tries their best to keep STDs away from their big stars. New Orleans not so much.

Considering the now have a DA that says he won’t prosecute it, they indirectly legalized it by not punishing people for it. Although, the city can’t benefit from it since they won’t be able to tax it
