I’d prefer White to Golding.

White would be a solid hire. UK’s defense has been really solid, especially considering they don’t have elite SEC talent across the field. They’ve done a great job of finding the right guys and then developing them.

Those UK defenses are zone heavy, right?
That makes the Raymond stuff make even more sense b/c he had issues coaching up zone

CBK has had a lot on his plate. He's been moving, going on recruiting visits, getting to know and evaluate olayers, watching hours upon hours of game film, and putting together the right staff for a championship run. All that takes time. Patience, my friends.
Kelley has the same things on his plate as every other coach that has taken a new job. This is completely irrelevant.

Kentucky has a fast, aggressive, attacking defense! Just what we need.

And apart from the guys that followed them from their old school, Riley and Napier have not announced new coordinators either. In Napier’s case he’s only announced Toney as “co-DC”.

Zone requires knowledge of scheme to coach. Zone match, which all of the elite defenses do, require thorough knowledge of scheme.
That's why Saban has such a heavy hand in coaching secondary.

We could do much worse.

If we don’t get White, faggies will.

The problem was never LSU, nor was it BTR, nor was it LA -- it was Ed. Period.

That's very solid if true.

You would Jones could teach zone with all his NFL experience. Golding is a good recruiter but I’ll take White’s ability to scheme over Golding. Is White a good recruiter?
