Zero chance. Kelly is meticulously taking his time building a staff. I do believe he could have his staff built before he hires OC or DC. It’s one way to make sure they all know who the boss is. Saban choses assistants not his coordinators. BK is a different animal then we are used too. No more winning with rah rah clowns that beg talent to come here just to loose half by their Jr year. He will build a team first culture. It will be worth the sacrifice.

Um. Kelly left ND to escape that sort of team because it isn't capable of winning titles.

He came to LSU to get those elite guys who will leave after their 3rd year to go to the NFL b/c you have to have that sort of talent to win titles.

while you are obviously correct, his job is to get the third round grade guys to return. maybe even the guys with a second round grade.

It appears he has only replaced open positions: retained , left, or fired.

I wonder if we will only hear new hires as the ones coaching through the bowl leave.

Nice try to distort what i am saying, but I understand you have an agenda. Well played.

Kelly is not a rah rah coach. He will coach kids up, 5* or 3* he had both at ND and proved he is a developer of talent. He just did not have enough 5* and 4*. Orgeron and Miles were 100% phony, one the goofy grandpa the other the fake tuff guy. Nothing professional about either.

My second comment I said by their Jr season, not after. The attrition we are seeing is mostly after year 2., jr or RS Frosh. If they not ready for the NFL after their JR year here, we have the guy who can keep getting them better. If they good enough to go to NFL, take the money. That what I would tell my own son.

Like I said, valiant effort. Respect.

My agenda is hoping LSU makes the move to win the most titles

Are you implying I supported Miles or Orgeron?

But it's a fluid situation, so things could change.

I don't think it's as bad as some are making it but thought he would go younger.

I just don't think a run-heavy scheme wins titles anymore.

We're not in the SEC East like UGA and, even then, Bama just owned them in the SEC title game.
