Frank is the best recruiter and one of the best position coaches in LSU history.
He is a God with NOLA football connections having coached at OP Walker in the early 2000s. He brought them back to relevance and they were incredible back then.
Responsible for practically all top recruits you saw at LSU from 2010 to 2015. Tyrann Mathieu, Fournette, etc. etc.
