If Florida hires Brady and has instant success with Napier’s coaching and Brady calling the offense and we have a substandard first year, tRant will implode.

Where are you hearing this? From who? Who are you? Provide proof of anything you've just said.

Agreed. We just need to not compare our situation with another school.

meh, Brady seems capable, but he had Ensminger as a partner, and he also had Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, Marshall and CEH...did the coach make the players or the players made the coach???

Napier gives me a Tom Herman vibe. Hot name and seems like a great idea, but it's a different story running a Power 5 program.

Is Brady gonna be OK with recruiting?

I thought he doesn't do that anymore

If Napier realizes he's not an OC and hires a guy like Brady (the initial reports were Herman), then he made the biggest leap of his coaching career.

Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

Joe Brady has enjoyed a reputation he earned in one year coaching 4 first round draft picks calling 3rd down plays. This will not end well for Napier if he gets his wish.

It would be a mistake to ignore Ensminger’s influence in 2019. It would also be a mistake to ignore Brady’s role in the development of those players.

BS, just total BS...If Nape hires an OC, it'll just be a figurehead.

Let him. They don't have the QB to get it done.
