Schumer, Rubio propose bipartisan UFO legislation

Things are moving faster and faster.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), along with a bipartisan group of five other senators, introduced extraordinary legislation on July 13, suggesting that the U.S. government or private contractors may secretly possess recovered UFOs and “biological evidence of living or deceased non-human intelligence.”
According to the legislation, “non-human intelligence” is defined as “any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform, regardless of nature or ultimate origin which may be presumed responsible for” UFOs.
Given the decades-long stigma associated with the UFO topic, such stunning language is not included in bipartisan congressional legislation on a mere whim, let alone proposed by the Senate’s top lawmaker.
According to a statement accompanying the legislation, the 2017 disclosure of a previously unknown government UFO analysis program spurred a broad congressional investigation of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), the government’s new terminology for UFOs.
The ongoing investigation “uncovered a vast web of individuals and groups” claiming knowledge of secret UAP-related programs and information.
According to Schumer, “the sheer number and variety” of UFO-related claims “led some in Congress to believe that the [U.S. government] was concealing important information regarding UAPs over broad periods of time.” Moreover, as noted in the legislation, “credible evidence and testimony indicates that Federal Government [UFO] records exist that have not been declassified” as required by law.
To that end, Schumer’s legislation establishes an independent nine-member agency to collect, review and declassify UAP records. If passed in its current form, the law would mandate that all government UFO documents “carry a presumption of immediate [public] disclosure.

If these two frick heads are getting together somehow I feel like I’m going to be fleeced out of more money or freedoms.

My biggest problem with the whole we have recovered crashed UFO and aliens shite is this:
This alien race is so advanced in technology, physics, navigation, etc they’ve developed technology in spacecraft to traverse faster than the speed of light or in other unknown ways.
BUT somehow when they got to earth that all went to shite and they crashed after traveling unimaginable amounts of distance without issue.
It’s a load of bullshite. Literally any other explanation is more plausible.

Imagine a plane crashing in the Amazon jungle and a primitive tribe discovers it. Clearly it's more advanced than they can comprehend, but just as clearly something catastrophic happened to it.

The government is gonna start giving “aliens” money now.

Could anything be a bigger "Look over here!!!" thing than talking about aliens?!?

Maybe their crafts didn’t account for atmosphere or some shite. Maybe they don’t have an atmosphere where they come from so they figured they could just fly on in and bam. fricked up their shite on entry and crash landed.

Apples to oranges.
We are talking about the ability to travel in ways no known objects can physically. Tribes could see birds fly the concept is known to them.
The tech to reach earth from thousands or millions of light years away would be so advanced we wouldn’t even have a category for it.
Then for them to just run out of luck when they get to earth is just a completely comical idea.
Like oh we have the ability to traverse worm holes and shite, but damn the Grand Canyon really threw us a curve ball and we crashed.

This probably has more to do with money than UFOs.

I was just joking around. Wasn’t a serious post. Should’ve clarified that.

…and Congress is just going to magically ask enough questions for the info to have to be revealed.
It’s equally implausible that congress would be the ones to uncover this huge conspiracy.

What if they identify as human? Will mis-speciesing become a hate crime with a $10,000 fine?

This is weak - you are assuming you are all knowing. These creatures might not even be from another planet but another dimension. These things started crashing while we were testing for nukes - splitting the atom could literally being messing with space time. Instead of being so skeptical maybe look into it because very credible people are coming forward. The guy that briefed the president everyday on the top security stuff came out a few weeks ago. Way too much smoke here. And before you say the government can’t keep that kind of secret - they did for the Manhattan project - Truman didn’t even know about it until he had been president a few months.
And they haven’t kept it secret - verified people that have worked on these things for years have come forward with the same stories. Are their crackpots as well - of course but that’s not who have been coming forward of late.
