I’ll start with supergirl in the flash movie
she is supposed to be blonde I think kaley cucoao or whatever would have been perfect
Namor in the black Panther should have been Vin Diesel
There are a few they got right
Chadwick Boseman was great
The Rock as Black Adam also

Tom Hanks was horribly miscast as Forrest Gump.
The character is a 6’6” blonde haired blue-eyed college football player and professional wrestler. Hell, he even was the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
Would’ve been a much better movie with an appropriate-looking actor and staying more true to the book. Especially that awful pathetic ending that they made up.

Benjamin from The Graduate is just that...in the book. But its Dustin Hoffman as "the track star" and big man on campus.
But works in a bewildering way. Girls in the movie find him immediately attractive despite the fact the role was written as a Troy Donahue surfer dude. I guess the not obvious casting sometimes works, though unbelievable. It creates more amazement in the audience.

Willhem Dafoe as John Clark in 'Clear and Present Danger'. Liev Schreiber was more spot on to the character 'Sum of all Fears'.
