the lemon flavored one is SO good! its more sweet than lemon tart. actually, there is zero tart to it.

Ngl, I took two for acid reflux. After that had passed, I checked the label to see how many you could take at once. After I saw the label said four, I took two more just cos I wanted to eat them.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think they are just calcium carbonate and so aren't bioactive but just work by chemical neutralization so I don't think you can develop a tolerance like you can with H2 receptor blockers.
To the OP I like the old fashion tablets better than the chews. The chews don't completely dissolve for me and I always have to swallow the last bit which is unsavory to me.

I had a kidney stone at 19. Started taking Tums 18 years ago at at 35 and no stones yet.
