Prices of milk shakes

Seaux we have a place in town called frosteaux’s. Went earlier today and got two medium chocolate shakes and my total was $10.31 ……. I had too much pride to drive off seaux I just gave her a 20 and drove off bitter. Is that normal or is my honey hole just expensive ?
