DirectTV needs to get NBC settled.

Nothing is more frustrating that trying to watch a sporting event on NBC or other random channels and then it being blacked out because of contract negotiations.
Yes I know I can go stream it on like 5 different apps but I’m old school and like being able to easily flip between multiple channels and check the score etc…
Anyone else have DirectTV and angry they haven’t resolved the contract issues over a 1.5-2 year span.

NBC been gone for over a year. And now FOX has been gone a few months.

No reason not to have an antenna you can use. I have one in my attic for outages.

It's your local NBC affiliate's issue. It's working perfectly fine for me on DirecTV

I have NBC on my DirecTV. I just don't have CBS currently.

CBS is currently blacked out on DIRECTV in Birmingham. Another dispute with Nexstar.

frick em. Get yourself a digital antenna and you'll be free of their bullshite when it comes to local channels.

NBC and Fox. It’s bullshite. I pay enough as it is and don’t want to pay for 8 additional steaming apps as well.

I'm watching it on direct tv stream free trial. So they are in a satellite contract dispute but not a streaming dispute? That's odd

It is a clusterfrick all around. A similar thread was started a while back, and I had the same service as the OP, but I had the channel. Three weeks or so later it was gone. So, it is regional, but is a problem at some point or another for everyone.
ETA: That was Uverse, but it is the same issue.

Near Knoxville we have Directv and our missing network is ABC.(And IIRC it's been missing for several months now.)
