BR had the Funny Bone back in the day and you could easily "win" tickets by calling Eagle 98.1 when they told you to.

But yeah $1 Long necks and lots of terrible jokes

Where are they now?

Wasn’t there a shooting at the old BR Funny Bone not too long ago?

Comedy has been cancelled. People are too fragile to laugh at themselves now.

I’ve seen a comedy club on Airline (something rabbit) next to the dildo store.

We used to go to one almost every week back in our 20s/30s. Thursday nights drinking and then head to the loft. Can't remember a single comedian's name, but it was fun and I remember half the time the comedian ended up drinking with us afterwards (because, well, they live sad lives).

I’ve been to one in Huntsville that stays pretty packed. Usually pretty good comedians there

Too many sensitive people out there. Can’t make a joke about blacks, gays, or any minority

And what’s the deal with Comediennes? Why aren’t they funny?

I go to Zanies occasionally, but I'm not a fan. I hate the layout, and it sucks on sell-out nights. It is owned by the same group who owns Standup Live in Huntsville, but the two are completely different in feel and layout.
