I went there and I ordered some spaghetti with marinara sauce, and I got egg noodles and ketchup.

That’s what you get when you’re in witness protection.

How could anyone possibly think using the Caterie name for anything other than a place with live music is a good idea ? .. (unless the new catering company has the cheese log recipe and can duplicate it with 100% accuracy)

I just want to add that I hate restaurant keywords. Elevated bar menu=fries with Parmesan. Deconstructed burger=bacon in melted cheese served on the side. Duck foam=something we made up that we charge a lot for doesn’t taste like anything.

I feel like there are some restaurant guys who jump on a location just because it's available, not because of some compelling business opportunity.
Plus I gotta tip my cap to someone prepared to go all-in on a restaurant that's about to have to deal with 10-15 years of interstate construction.

I’m still bummed that Brad shut down Kalurah, so hopefully he does something interesting with the space.

Just like every other magazine, articles are sponsored paid for ads.
Type up your restaurant/business idea or innovation along with a blank check and buy next month’s issue

A double batter of buttermilk-egg wash and Italian bread crumbs.

Honestly a dumb idea to take over kalurah. That place is going to be shut down by the interstate changes.

Using that name for anything other than a music venue, when you 100% know the history of that place is a crime. F&$k him for “bringing back the Caterie” by not bringing it back at all.
On the flip side, I’m still disappointed in the Chelsea’s ownership for not incorporating more of my favorite menu items from the old Chelsea’s into the menu at Mid City Beer Garden.

His Papa Anthony Piazza does a good job at running Phil’s Oyster Bar.

Pretty sure Jordan’s father died about 15 years ago. That’s why Phil’s closed in the first place
