Is there a safe place to park near the French Quarter?

I usually park near Jax Brewery, not sure where to park with the current conditions. Any suggestions?

Yeah.
Any paid lot should be ok. By Jax is definitely ok.
Definitely dont park on the street. Especially not on Rampart or Esplanade.

No. Especially considering you may get shot on I-10 prior to getting to said parking lot.
