I was watching the preseason game last night for the first time since last football season. It looks like the only thing they air are game show re-boots with Jimmy Fallon as the host and Woke Super Hero Sit-com’s?? I’m seriously concerned for anyone that watches this stuff. How long does network TV last once sports move everything to streaming platforms?

Haven't watched network TV in 10+ years and haven't missed it one minute.

Only reason anyone in my family watched network TV in years was for reality trash / Dancing With The Stars. And the latter has moved to D+.
Most we watch aren’t over the air and any other network programming we watch is digitally because my kids grew up in the streaming generation rather than the broadcast TV generations.
They are so used to binging and on-demand that I don’t see how episodic TV would work for them for the most part.

The fact that people do in fact watch it and that they find it entertaining explains much about the country
But so does the fact that the masses enjoy bro country and lilNBAyungboy etc.

I wonder this all the time. I think the X-Files and Lost were the last two TV series that I actually watched. Other than the local news and sports, I never watch it.

Only on my antenna during sports season. The one thing I do have to say is that sometimes streaming offers kind of a weird picture while watching sporting events. I can’t even really describe it but it’s kind of like a few frames are skipped and the coloring is off.

I watch Lester and Wheel. Then I play monster truck games.

I watch live sports and record a few shows.
I want to completely cut cable and pay for either Hulu or direct tv now or YouTube tv, but when I go to cut just to internet from Cox it only saves me like $40 a month for some bullshite reason as I’m “bundled”

Only for sports, maybe the local news occasionally, mostly for the weather.

I will watch college football on the networks - nothing else.

For sports
More specifically, football. Haven't watched anything else on network TV (ABC, CBS, NBC) since Seinfeld ended.
eta: I do watch local weather reports when inclement weather threatens.

Sports and local weather ONLY if there is some type of weather event. Hurricane, Tornado, Floods, etc.
I did watch some local news when the Pensacola NAS terror attack happened. I go to church with one of the local deputies that shot him.
there were a few that popped him. A couple got hit also.
