Should he think about some things before speaking? Yes but answering questions on the fly at a press conference isn’t easy. Things come out sometimes that you probably wish you would’ve kept to yourself. I don’t think he has said anything really detrimental to the program. Some of it doesn’t sound good on the surface but in the scheme of it all, it’s not that big of a deal.

I’d much rather this than listening to Les talk his way around the question with no obvious direction in his answer.

I agree. No need to fill dead air time with quotes. Stop with the comparisons to previous teams. Don’t talk up anyone. Make everyone think they need to improve.
