Gotta give this guy credit for an amazing half of a season.

Yeah the bat is awesome, but he’s a huge liability defensively. He’s just straight not catching balls.

Trav's stache impregnates women within a 10' radius. Boss.

Nearing Legendary status! 10 HR's his last 20 games! .425 Batting Average!

3rd string Catcher sitting at the beginning of the season! Are you kidding me!

He has 10 HRs and 5 doubles in ~80 ABs.

It’s not a lost moment, but Trav and Beloso going back to back HRs on consecutive days was lights out.

You couldn’t want better for both of those guys. And Dugas hammering too.

He’s gotta get better at keeping the pitches in front of him but we need his bat in the lineup right now. He’s got a weird way of catching pitches where it’s almost like I’m scared ump won’t call strikes when they’re obviously across the plate. Hopefully the coaches see these issues and help him out because we need him for sure

His bat has been solid, and he just hit himself into the MLB draft this year. Happy for him.

I agree with this, but it's more than just Trav.

I have - honestly for me - been very critical of umps this season. Zone not consistent, too tight in the SEC. It was really a mess IMO.

Trav isn't the best defensive catcher, but in the same light, pitchers can't get consistent calls and it messes everything up.

I’m not sure this is something that can be tweaked in a few days. His defense is bad. It shouldn’t be this bad at the college level.

Let's just be grateful about his bat. Travinski has been absolutely clutch

Yes, he is swinging a great bat, but he is the worst defensive catcher I have ever seen.

You just need something to complain about. Travinski is not the defensive catcher that Milazzo is but he did throw out a runner at 2B on a bigtime strike em out throw em out against OSU on Sunday night. And what he brings to the team offensively is so impactful and makes the offense that much scarier. So STFU and GTFO
