Plus I guarantee the prick ump wasn’t able to see foot off and glove on at same time. Cock sucking SEC umps.

Well his BODY stayed on the bag.

Unless there was clear evidence he didn't, the call of out stands
Posted on 5/26/23 at 3:36 pm to FreeState
We don't know one way or the other, which is why the call "stands" and not "confirmed"
It's not that hard guys.

That was the problem. There was no clear shot of that.

Yep. If he was called safe, safe would stand

What’s not hard is that the umpire got the call wrong from the start.

And there in lies the problem. They never ask the ump why he called the guy out.

When you have to assume one thing or the other the call stands.
As long as replay has been around and as much as we have heard “have to definitive video evidence” why are any of you arguing this.

Yes
Easy to see. Jones was lazy. It should have never been that close.

Well if our guys knew how to properly base run this wouldn’t be an issue. All season this has been a problem.

Sure, but that's not what I'm arguing.

They should ask the ump what he saw instead of assuming he saw the foot pop off abd the tag maintained.
They do this wrong.

I don’t give a shite what you’re arguing. SEC officiating is atrocious.

If the SEC is going to have shitty umpires they need to at least increase their camera quantity

The ump would say he saw Jones being out since... y'know... he called him out.

calm down.

Exactly. The call of “stands”’was correct as there was no definitive evidence to overturn. The problem is that from what the ump could actually see real time, the correct call should have been safe as he clearly beat the throw to the bag. If he was called safe, it would have stood up to replay.

umpire should rule why he ruled out to begin with. if that was clearly wrong then fricking change it cause you can't see foot clearly off.
