Actually happy with the call by Blair on the HR

Got super pumped “stay fair ball stay fair!!” He usually talks thru a few pitches and has to catch up, but the HR call was nice.

I have no issue with how he sounds, or his all-around professional demeanor. I just get annoyed with how he doesn’t describe what’s happening until after it happens. Just the general way he calls baseball games kind of irks me.

Yep. I didn't jump in the "shite on blair" thread b/c I'm a big fan of his.
But that would be my only complaint and it's a nitpick complaint at best. He will talk through a pitch a few times a game. but you can usually hear how it goes based on crowd/bat/etc.
I was outside NRG Stadium Friday waiting on the kids and girlfriend to get out of Taylor Swift and listening to the call. I think he does an outstanding job for LSU and we're lucky to have him. He'll probably leave us for a major pro sport gig one day.

I’ve always liked Blair. He’s genuine and enthusiastic when the situation calls for it.
