Amazing QB controversy Really?

It’s amazing to me that actually our fans or the rant is split on who the QB should be 23. PFF focus ranks the TOP returning QBs in the Nation not SEC , the nation. JD5 is number six so by logic Nuss whom I Love for 24 25 would be ranked in the top 5. I trust CBK that JD5 is the best QB to win us games probably not as flashy but win nonetheless. Nuss is coming and maturing at the same time, so quit hating on Daniels to talk up Nuss. This is a freaking awesome situation not one we’re accustomed to have two QBs, wait let me rephrase that having two LEGIT QBs. If CBK can navigate through this year our QB room is in better shape than I can remember, so let up on the hate of Nuss or JD5 when didcussing the room
Shite be happy people!

PFF is really high on Daniels.
Daniels has had some absolute clunker games but not as many as people thinks.
Arkansas, A&M and Auburn are about it. And he lead a huge comeback against Auburn.

And he will be better this year.

you would think the fans that want Nuss to start would remember 2018/2019...but I guess they don't. I remember going into 2019 our fans were saying MB should be the starter

Clunker? How about full-on disaster.

CBK set the bar high by winning the SECw.
The goal should be to win the SEC out right and I don't care which QB does it.
If they don't, 2022 was a fluke.

There are plenty of excellent QBs throughout the SEC. IMO we will need both…..especially if JD5 continues to be a runner.

I am looking forward to seeing if Daniels can finally learn how to play QB.

Hahahahahaaaaa
If this is true then the Heisman field is weak.
Still laughing…

There's plenty of reason to be optimistic on Daniels for 2023, but those games you listed weren't "clunkers". He played like trash in those games.

The big concern is if Daniels doesn’t improve as a passer the rest of the SEC has got tape on how to contain Daniels, which puts a cap on the offensive production.

Not even close.
This is Lamar Jackson's stats as a sophomore when he won the award:
Passing: 230/409, 3,543 yards, 30 TDs, 9 INTs, and 8.7 YPA.
Rushing: 260 Att, 1571 yards, 21 TDs
Daniels as a senior:
Passing: 266/388, 2913 yards, 17 TDs, 3 INTs, and 7.5 YPA
Rushing: 186 Att, 885 yards, 11 TDs

This is one of the Dumber talking points “the SEC has tape on how to stop him”
Like Arkansas cracked the code Alabama couldn’t.
Truth of the matter is he played inconsistent last year.
It’s more on Daniels than the other team.

Both will play significant snaps…….fact

To be fair Daniels was not behind the "comeback." The defense and the running game were. He struggled that whole game and then left with an injury after a weird slide.
Now Daniels had a really good year and is the unquestioned starter but c'mon lets not rewrite history.

Lamar is a NFL MVP
Lamar got played a CLUNKER against LSU bowl game, look up stats
Daniels played CLUNKER against Arkansas in a very important game, wasn’t pretty but still got W
I love LSU, but I’ll never pit our 2 QBs against it’s one or the other, in CBK I trust, his coaching is proven
