There’s no way he will improve on that in a year. The QB class is much better next year.

Who else besides Caleb williams?

I genuinely do not see why Levis and especially Richardson are so high. I guess if you look at stature alone. Richardson can barely throw a forward pass… he’s awful.

How is Michael Penix rated at 10 and below JD even? Penix can sling the rock, I’m surprised he’s not evaluated closer to the top honestly.

Nah, it's not even close. They will have three QBs selected in the top 15 this year. Only see Caleb Williams being a top 15 pick next year unless something crazy happens.
If Jayden stays and has a decent year next year, a team could reach for him.

Elite
Caleb Williams
Possibly Elite
Quinn Ewers
Spencer Rattler
Great NFL physical talent
Cameron Ward (don't see him leaving this year)
KJ Jefferson
JJ McCarthy
If he improves like I believe he would, he'd be no worse than the fourth QB taken and that would likely put him in the 2nd round, 3rd round at worst.
If he is legit projected outside the top 6 QBs this year, there is no point leaving. Come back and get paid as much if not more than you would for going in a late round.

I do expect him to go much higher than that though.

No way Hooker shouldn't be in the top 3 and Penix should be higher. Richardson should be way lower. Kiper has some shitty takes on players. I rather McShay's takes over his most of the time.

Levis has a great release and had no line this season. Not saying he’s going to amount to anything but he is a lot better than this year showed.

JD and Boutte need another year to put up some killer stats. Both can be top 50 players

Yeah, Richardson only completed 53% of his passes this year and I think 50% last year. He is physically very gifted, but appears to be a serious project in the NFL.
Levis has never really done anything special at all at UK or Penn State and has -100 rushing yards this year. He has a rifle for an arm, but he holds the ball forever and is careless with the football. He was under 50% in their loss to Vandy with 109 yards and a pick (and he threw for under 100 yards against Tennessee with 3 picks). I know they say he has all the physical tools you could want in a QB, but completing passes and not taking sacks at the worst times is pretty important too. Seems like he wouldn't just take over as an NFL QB right away like you would expect a high pick to do based on his current tendencies.
