Raymond chases eye candy. Used the legacy of DBU to be lazy and only chase elite DBs. It was a win win for him, he he landed them he was a hero, if not no biggie he lost them to Saban, etc…. I will also say this, his DBs haves looked average with the last two DCs. I would. Do as far as to say Chavis & Aranda made Raymond, not the other way around.
Frank is an old school coach who gets in the weeds and looks for talent, he can coach kids up, can find diamonds thru the small towns of Louisiana. He recruits all positions in this state. Every coach in Louisiana loves him, he is a legend.

Sadly, this is the ignorance of TD. They don't even know how recruiting works. Frank taught Raymond how to recruit.
Defensive players that Frank recruited at LSU: Tyrann Mathieu, Dwayne Thomas, Devin White, Duke Riley, Deion Jones
Those are only his "top recruits"... I could keep going. Don't even get me started on all of his "non-running back" recruits. There are alot.

Kind of close but I give the edge to Frank because he can recruit all positions.
