Frank is the better recruiter, so making him the coordinator was a good idea.
We could have slapped the fake AHC title on Raymond and paid him a little more, but clearly Kelly and co. didn’t feel it was necessary.

It’s not a coincidence that the DB’s and WR’s had the most screwed up culture and now their coaches are gone. I don’t think Scott would’ve let Raymond go if he didn’t want to, there’s more to that story. Especially considering Ryan Clark was the first to jump in and make a big dramatic post about it. Read the tea leaves on that one, we don’t need drama or divisiveness in the program

In half a heartbeat. Raymond is a very good recruiter, but Wilson is better. As far as coaching cornerbacks is concerned, they’re a plenty of comparable hires out there. The question is, how well will they be at filling in Raymond’s recruiting void. Would have been so nice to have both him and Wilson.

Thank you. What use is it to get these guys if they put one year of film out then have lingering “injuries” or sit out important bowl games. Those were the two problematic position groups in that regard, I’m not sad if that culture is going to change.
