What if this is the moment where we've finally become Nebraska. We'll look back and be like, yep - that was it. The 2021 coaching change... The one where it all went south.
Who knew that firing a coach 2 years after a NC, in a conference that's adding 2 huge football schools to what already has Alabama and a shite ton of other burgeoning programs, would be the move that finally put the nails in the coffin?

Well we fired O way early, were never going to hire a coach before his last game. I’m not sure what to tell you on this, the clock really started yesterday.
Now we can debate that firing O early has lead to more difficulties than we thought because of all the smoke.

We are nothing like Nebraska. They fired a 9-10 win guy and made multiple bad hires and they are in a talent wasteland.
We own the most talented state per capita. We get a coach that shuts down our borders and it’s over. We also are firing a coach that manages to go .500 the last two years.
