Woodward had discussions with Coach E about Brady and his leadership style.

I am not saying Brady is getting the job but Woodward does not want to have to replace a coach every 2 years. He's looking for a longer-term solution.

He has proven he can coach on the college level and now pro level. Woodward wants to review the whole situation.

I'll be honest...hiring Brady intrigues the crap outta me!! Love that dude! He has the intensity for the game that it takes to be great and he's only gonna get better! Get the right DC and you know the offensive skill guys are gonna come!

How committed do you think Brady is to college vs NFL

Almost any person would think if a HC offer came calling in NFL he wouldn't blink

I mean just have to see. The same thing happens with Lincoln at Oklahoma every year.

I want a guy the NFL covets, Aranda and Fickell will be wanted by NFL as well if successful at LSU.

Not worried about losing Brady if he’s the hire, will be grateful for the championships and trust Woody with future replacement if it comes to that.

I saw a Tweet that said according to his agent Brady is interested. I am ok with that but I guarantee he is seeing this as a step to HC in NFL. Come in and do well in CFB as HC and he will walk into a NFL gig

Money talks

LSU will pay more than an nfl would over the next 5-7 years of joe Brady’s career

Message to the NFL. Hire me this year, or I'm the next HC at LSU.

Brady is still young and can coach college for a little while before making that jump and get paid paid paid while doing it.

So at 32 with zero head coaching experience ... you are intrigued and like the guy for the LSU Head Football Coach opening.

I guess if you can afford to hire enough assistants with experience you might get lucky...he'd be swamped in a week.

And his agent is the same as Tom Herman’s.
He who leaked that LSU was hiring Herman during LSU/A&M game to get Texas to fire Strong. See the pattern?

If have to convince the behavior that is the life blood of your program, perhaps that is automatic nullifier?

Remember Lincoln Riley? They said the same thing.

Brady had a better history and was more accomplished before Riley was named HC at Oklahoma.

+ he was here before at LSU, so he's familiar with our situation.
This notion that he has zero head coaching experience, is laughable. the dude has been coaching grown-arse men in the NFL. Much harder to do when they make more money than you.

Why do you think NFL stands for =NOT FOR LONG.

Yes...That's what I'm saying. Could it backfire? Sure but I promise you he will be an HC somewhere next year if he wants to be...either NFL or P5. The oter names minus Fickell are either no more qualified or very underwhelming.
