Gary Patterson- not really a candidate, just a had a conversation with woodward, nothing more than that.

Chris Petersen-still in the mix

Jimbo Fisher-out

Matt Campbell- still in the mix

Billy Napier-still in the mix

Dave Aranda- still in the mix

Aranda, campbell, Petersen are main the candidates with Napier has a very long shot winning the job.

I will name the coach before Thursday morning which will be my last and final thread going forward.

Joe should've have made Dave Aranda HC. We had him in our backyard. Royal frick up.

I decided this would be one of my last threads on the coaching search. There is no point in talking about something that will end soon and everyone will know sooner than later.

LSU is about 75-80% near the end of the process. Everything got ramped up over the last week.

Tuesday or Wed of next week, SW will formally communicate to the last candidate on his choice and start working out the agreement.

I will only disclose the candidates that Scott is interested in.

I will not disclose the prime candidate.

Do I know who that person is- yes, I DO!

Candidates in no particular order:

Gary Patterson

Chris Petersen

Jimbo Fisher

Matt Campbell

Billy Napier

Dave Aranda

As I stated before, the big announcement will happen on Dec 5th or 6th.
