They blew a 17 point lead at home against VA tech and have some terrible losses this season such as to a 3-8 Michigan State team Texas who's firing their coach and DUKE. The could have lost to Miami as well.

The ND fans all want him fired but the AD is far more tolerant of him. He 1000% deserves to be fired but he probably won't be unless the president or BOT does something.

Our AD will give him another year.. He'll be gone next year because we will be bad next year too. We want him gone but the admin likes mediocrity.

I am actually not so sure any longer, and I used to think the same. Did you see Mike Frank's post the other day?
That they're having so much trouble selling the PSLs for the renovation and that they're about to jack up ticket prices yet again leads me to believe that they might be forced to act sooner than they had anticipated.

That truly is our only hope he is gone. But Swarbrick is so stubbornly pro-Kelly. The BOT will have to do it.

I think unless it is a mutual parting of the ways, I think he has next year to right the ship but he will definitely be on the hot seat watch. What I mean by "mutual" parting of the ways is that admin tells Kelly he has to change certain things and he says that is unacceptable so they are left with no choice but to fire him.
