Aranda is:
1. Stable and knows LSU and its "fishing grounds"
2. Got to practice against the best offense in college history and probably knows its workings better than everyone but Brady.
3. Has a football IQ probably higher than Miles and O's added together.
4. Knows how to change tactics mid game/season to get results, the man can and will learn.
I also think he has genuine love for LSU.
I know he is not flash and bang, and even after thinking about his pluses, still has some uninspired, but I think we can all agree it would still be a solid advancement, and a safe bet.
I mean, if we can win ships with morons, right?

This. Its been 17 years since a HC for LSU has been the smartest person in the room. I would be pleased with Riley and Napier too, but Dave’s my top choice.

Because there is nothing to get excited about until you see Woodward and the next coach standing at the podium with Purple and Gold on the wall behind them. All the rest of this is just noise. Literally no one on this board really knows the answer. But all the speculation is entertaining.
