Chadwell is a good coach and would be a good hire.

But I don't see them going after another lower level coach after Sunbelt Billy fails big time.

They will big game hunt

Whoever hires Chadwell will have to be prepared to lose him if and Heupel leaves Tennessee. He is from East Tennessee and loves it there. He played and coached at ETSU. Now, he may not take it but there will be strong interest from both sides

Judging by your post quality, we all know that's a lie.

now compare the program and players each coach inherited when they took over. You seriously can’t be this stupid can you?

What's the minimum Billy needs to achieve to keep his job? Do they keep him another year if the Gators are bowl eligible, or is it SECCG or bust?

Les took over a team that had played for a title 2 years earlier and was thought to be a top 5 team the year he got there.

O took over a team that was still very talented but whose archaic offense had finally caught up with them. He had similar results to Les outside of the lightning in a bottle year of 2019. Then his lack of preparedness and organization during the Covid season exposed him and then it all fell apart a year later.

BK took over after it fell apart with 39 players on scholarship and getting embarrassed by Kansas State in a bowl game. He went from there to winning the west in season 1 and on the cusp of another 10 win season in season 2. Nothing about his results at LSU scream mediocrity to me but then again, I don’t make a habit out of eating crayons either.

the ONLY postive i have heard about sunbelt billy from florida fans is the 2024 recruiting class. If kids keep flipping from that class and guys like etienne want out then its gonna be hard to justify keeping a guy who is also a horrendous gameday coach.

Whoever the next “flavor of the month” “up a coming” “next big time coach” that will ultimately fail miserably is.

Sunbelt Billy should never have been hired at FL in the first place. He was in WAY over his head. He turned a Covid year at UL-Lafayette into tricking FL that he was legit when he wasn't. Like other former head coaches from UL-Lafayette, he will soon be the linebacker coach at Tennessee-Martin or a Baptist preacher.

The napier hire was pretty unjustifiable but I really thought Mullen and Muschamp were solid hires (at the time). Program seems snakebitten since urban

The caw advocated for Lane since 2017

But the Disney gators say he can’t recruit !

They say he’s be just like Mullen! “If so Mullen still won 9 games a year not 5/6 like they normally do now”

The admin said he was too immature !

Would never contend ! Blah blah blah

This generation is by far the toughest. Ed and Les wouldn't make it at this new SEC conference with new Rules and NIL that is helping lesser team to be competitive. Ole Miss? Mizzou? Tennessee?
