Skip Holtz, Patterson, Muschamp, and Edsell should all be in the mix.

Vols should ask Fulmer for forgiveness and offer him a job again if they are still in good terms. But if I was Fulmer i'd say "Go frick yourselves"

Rich Rod, then miles to michigan, Harbaugh to LSU, then I don't care who takes the stanford job. I just hope the chain reaction of PC leaving SC continues.....

Petrino
Can he leave ArKansas? The dude would never be able to recruit if he did. That would be three jobs in about four years.

If Cutcliffe is hired, do you think he tries to hire Chavis as DC?

If they hire Cutcliffe as HC they're sunk for years to come. A corpse could out recruit that guy.

I don't know about that. While he was at Ole Miss they went to 5 bowls in 6 years. Not a tremendous record, but not too bad either.
Tenn could do worse, and Cutcliffe would probably take the job, which is what Tenn needs now.

Choice number 2 after Cutcliffe is Skip Holtz. He would be number 1, but I don't think he would take the job under the pressing circumstances.
But he did say that he had an interest in the South Fla job, so maybe he is ready to make a move.
Tenn > South Fla > ECU.
