Where will Sumlin end up?

Head coach at a mid tier power 5 or decent group of 5 team? Offensive coordinator at a powerhouse program?
I think he'd be a nice hire for a mid tier P5 in a state with talent.

I could see him replacing Campbell at Iowa State, Norvell at Memphis or Frost at UCF. If Tech were to make a move on Kliff I think he might actually do well there

I'm thinking he'll either take a P5 job or become a coordinator for a season at a big time program, maybe even Michigan. I don't see him doing the small school to P5 jump. Tech would definitely be a nice landing spot.

He would be good on TV too. I think it depends on what P5 jobs open up, I think at a P5 job where he can go full air raid (ie Big 12 or PAC) and there aren’t really high expectations he could do pretty well.
ASU would be a great spot for him if that opened up

I’m not sure there’s a better coach-program fit than Lane and ASU. It would end with some combination of conference championships, serious drug problem and multiple STDs.
