Just remember at the beginning of this year when people were like "I just want a coach who can build a program and win. I am tired of this one of us bullshite."
Now it's "we can't hire this guy he wouldn't fit in here."
The truth is Saban wasn't one of us but that didn't seem to matter once we actually started winning championships. Fleck is a good coach. I doubt he is hired here though
