I don't think any of the players should have to stay or lose a year of eligibility. This is bs by the NCAA.

I agree....should be an amendment to that rule for this reason only.

i disagree this isn't the NFL, there should be no exceptions to that rule, well almost none, only in extremem cases should a player be let to transfer without sitting out a year.

example UNO baseball players, UNO athletic program went down the drain, almost was non exsistant so it makes since that players can transfer without sitting out a year. A coach bailing on a university is nothing compared to the UNO situation

any college baseball player can transfer without sitting out a year

UNO was no exception

if a coach leaves, i also believe some kids should be allowed to transfer, BUT pay some sort of penalty

if the coach gets fired - should the players get fired too?

its mainly done in baseball b/c schools/teams/recruiting classes can be decemated by the MLB draft. football is different.

the size of the rosters, the way recruits come in, the guarantee they will be on campus etc

fantasy

if that were the case, Deans, college presidents and teachers would do the recruiting

they play for a coach and a team, they just happen to have to go to class to

I generally agree, in Kiffin's case it was self evident that he was sleaze and signing with him may not bring the best outcome in the end.

That rule was changed a couple of years ago. You have to sit out now.
