What the hell does Nebraska do now?

Frost was the prodigal son, built UCF from the ground up…and they suck. What a slap in the dick for that program.
Dave Clawson seems like a good fit. Maybe they can overpay and pull Mark Stoops?

What can they do? I think they gotta keep rolling with Frost another year, as terrible as he is. Nobody wants that gig.

They should fire Frost.
They're playing hard but Frost staying attached to Martinez is probably going to be his undoing.
They should hire Kalen DeBoer and hit the portal hard.

He is a very good coach for them. There fan base wants someone to bring them back to their glory days but no coach would be able to do that. He gives them the best shot of coming some where close to that. Best bet would be just to stick with him and wait. Things will get better, maybe not back to where the fan base wants, but better than now or anyone else could get them to.

That’s why I think Clawson would be a good fit. The Clawfense is suited for lesser talent.

That's actually not their problem. They average a top 25 recruiting ranking, which is pretty damn good when stacked up to the rest of the big 10 west. If wisky and Iowa can win 8-10 games annually, so can Nebraska, they just need a coach

Didn’t the Nebraska administration turn Frost into the NCAA for practice violations in an attempt to fire him for cause?

They should emulate Kstate and go after juco guys and hit the portal hard every year. I think Frost is a good coach but he isn’t gonna compete with the top half of the conference with the recruiting style they have now.
