Both. He's won over 400 games for a reason. Everyone just assumes its all about recruiting but the guy is a terrific coach at every aspect of the game.

Let's see. He has a recruiting network throughout the New Orleans metro. All of the players are held back in grade school or in middle school so that they are nineteen for their senior years. He recruits whores( Joe McKnight, Ryan Perrilloux-yes, he was at Curtis, etc) who are at best questionable students. He is still anti LSU, because LSU refused to give Johnny a scholarship way back when.

If you could have kids that live 80 to 100 miles from your school play for you, a monkey could win games. I would love to see that nemrod JT GO coach at a school that you can't recruit and see just how great he is.

asking the wrong people....ask the high school coaches in the metro area who he stole players from. but if you want an answer its offense runs the veer to perfection and also runs his special teams to perfection...kicks to a corner and keeps opposition pinned back ...passing game is crap..see state championship game this year
