What happens then?

He can be his own OC so while burdensome that role can be done.

But what about defense? Does a grad assistant become DC?

What about all the position coaches? Maybe bring in some high school guys?

If Ed Orgeron can get People to work for him, Kelly can to.

Would be pretty crazy that a guy who had coached for 30 years and never had trouble hiring assistants in his life suddenly can’t find one that will coach with him

Why do people assume just because he hasn't made a hire, that assistants don't want to work for him?

So we've moved on from "LSU isn't elite, and no head coach worth a shite wants to come here" to "no assistant coaches want to work for Kelly"

So, there are no coaches out there who want to make a lot of money and win big?

What if ALL the assistants want to work with him and we put them ALL on the shadow staff?

Have a downvote. This is the dumbest post I have ever seen on this site and that says a lot. I would respond with facts but this post doesn’t deserve any factual response.

Are you available? You seem real bright and no one else will make the move.
